Do I need a PayPal account to make a purchase?
No, you do not have to have a PayPal account, credit card is also accepted. In the checkout click on "Don't have a PayPal account click here" and there you can pay securely using your credit card.
Do you accept personal cheques?
Your order will be processed once your personal cheque has cleared the bank. Please use the Downloadable Order Form in the contact us section and send along with payment.
What materials are used to string the beads / jewelry?
We use flexible, nylon coated, 49 strand stainless steel jewelry
wire. Our Bone bead products are strung with waxed cord with the
exception of our Brown Bone and White Shell is strung on jewelry wire.
What size Bracelet should I order?
Measure your wrist at the smallest point and add 1 inch to the measurement. We recommend you use a vinyl/sewing measuring tape.
What size Necklace should I order?
Our necklaces come in sizes 12-22" including half sizes. Measure your neck and add 2” and that’s what size we recommend that you order, the necklace should fall around your T-shirt line.
Are the bracelets interchangeable?
Absolutely! Our Medical Id bracelets have two clasps on each end that hook onto the Medical ID tag. Just unclasp the bracelet from the tag and re-clasp the new bracelet for a whole new look.
Where should I wear my Medical ID?
After consulting with local paramedics, we have been informed that they are trained to look in a variety of places for medical identification, including the left or right wrist, neck, ankle, on a backpack or a shoelace, in a wallet or a purse.
Should I wear my Medical ID in water or while swimming?
We recommend you do not wear your Medical ID in the water or while swimming.
What should I have engraved on my Medical ID?
Choose your most important information should you ever be in a situation in which you are unable to speak for yourself, such as “Diabetic” or “allergic to Penicillin”. If you don’t have a medical condition or allergy your Medical ID can inform paramedics for example, that you “wear contacts”.
How long will it take to receive my Medical ID?
Please allow up to 4-6 weeks for delivery.
What is your Warranty?
All of our products are guaranteed for 3 months. If a product should break within this time we will replace it one time at no cost. Should it break after 3 months we will re-string it for a fee of $10 plus shipping and handling.

Will the sterling silver pendant on my necklace tarnish?
The pendants have an anti-tarnishing coating on them. After time if necessary, use a cleaning cloth or solution from a jewelry store. Do not use steel wool or abrasive cleaners.
How do I clean the Medical ID tag on my bracelet?
Our Medical ID tag is made of stainless steel, and soap and water is recommended to clean them. Do not use steel wool or abrasive cleaners.
What if I order the wrong size?
If you ordered the wrong size, return your medical ID in a padded envelope along with a cheque for $6, for return shipping. Please include instructions as to what size you need.
What is your return policy?
Our commitment to you is to provide a stylish and unique Medical ID for you and your family. If you are not 100% satisfied with our product, returns or exchanges (less shipping and handling) are accepted within 14 days of you receiving your Medical ID. Any refund will be credited to your credit card.
Engraved items will be replaced at no cost if an error was made in engraving. We recommend that if you are unsure of what you want engraved on your Medical ID, you order it blank and have your local engraver or jeweler engrave it for you.
Where do I send my Medical ID for returns, repairs, or exchanges?
Please be sure to enclose a copy of your invoice, or write down your name, address and phone number on a piece of paper along with what changes need to be made. Please be sure to send your Medical ID in a padded envelope to:
